/afs/athena/system/pmax_ul3/srvd.71/dev/MAKEDEV doesn't refer to "ws"
anywhere, while /afs/athena/system/pmax_ul3/srvd.71/etc/rc line 303 is
	(cd /dev; ./MAKEDEV ws)
(part of the PUBLIC workstation cleanup section.) One of them should
be fixed...
