Note the pronunciation; ik-'s probably implies that the word should
have been extensible. This is one of the unfortunate problems with
having an archaic dictionary conveniently available; people trust it,
though it has not had any quality control applied to it in a decade or
more.
(Webster's II New Riverside Dictionary lists both extensible and
extendible, under "extend"; it does not list "estensible".)
