I apologize for testing inadequately. This bug was introduced a week
ago when I reorganized some of the code, thinking it would make
debugging easier. I tried all the command lines I could think of that
one would want to type, but I forgot to test the command lines one
types accidentally.

If turnin gets a timeout, you obviously don't want it to deal
with the rest of the files. If you mistype a filename, maybe you do
want it to deal with the rest of the files. The problem of deciding
whether or not to continue based upon the error code is to big a
problem for me to try to attack this close to code cut. Turnin will
abort on any error.

I've fixed turnin and tested it some. Tomorrow I will install it in
the eos locker. I don't think there are any more obvious bugs, but
please beat on it anyway. What goes in the eos locker tomorrow is
probably what goes in the release in January.
