I am unable to find the menu card for font after I select a region that I
want to change font, can you help me ? Mly user's name is lxm.
First of all, in the future, please direct comments such as these
to Project Athena consultants (by using "olc", calling x3-4435 or
visiting the consulting officer {11-115}) before sending them to bugs.
They can verify that something is a bug, or tell you what is going
wrong and help you to fix the problem.
In this particular case, what you describe is not a bug. In order
to make it possible for ez to be used to edit plain text files with no
formatting in them, ez only turns on formatting if it recognizes
from the name of a file that it is an ez file. For example, files
whose names end ing ".ez" or ".tbl" are recognized as ez files, and
therefore formatting is enabled automatically when you edit them.
If you wish to use formatting with a file that ez does not recognize
as an ez file, then you need to select the "Enable Basic Styles"
option on the "Special" window. That should solve the problem you are
having.
