The database was locked again. I restarted the server and everything appears to
be working now. The error message was incorrect due to two lines being swapped
in the code - you should have received a database error message. This will be
fixed in about an hour as it's a server fix. I will also put the fix into the
gquota server that was added to the main one to prevent lockup.
