It seems to me that since the user is not allowed to attach any file
system at the mount point in question, the change Chris suggests still
has problems; it says that the user isn't allowed to attach that one
specific file system to whatever mount point was involved.
Maybe
%s: You are not allowed to attach a filesystem here (for "%s")
or
%s: You are not allowed to attach a filesystem on directory %s (for "%s")
would be better....
