Yes, something looks muddled.  I, along with several dozen people
outside M.I.T., currently appear in the SMTP expansion of both
administrators@athena and vice-squad@athena, but the Moira
description of those lists offers no clue as to how we got there.

I'm not sure how often the vice-squad mailing list is used, but I
don't recall receiving anything addressed to it before Jeff's message
of Fri, 28 Sep 90 22:02:47 EDT.
