What were you trying to do?
	was just prowling around /usr/ibm to see what the point
	behind some of that stuff is ...

What's wrong:
	/usr/ibm/support is a shell script which directs users
	who are having problems to call IBM in Palo Alto.  this
	would seem to be a bad thing.

What should have happened:
	if /usr/ibm/support must be present, it should refer to 
	local information.

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
	none.
