If you place in the mouse in one window, the border changes color.
Then hold down the mouse button and move the mouse out of the window and
let go. The border fails to turn back to its old color.
The problem is worse given two xterms, one with a titlebar and the other
without. Move the mouse into the first xterm (with the titlebar), hold
down the button and move the mouse into the second xterm (w/out the
titlebar), then let go of the mouse. Type something: the input goes to
the first window. (If both xterms have titlebars, then input will go to
the second xterm although the first xterm's border will remain the
"selected" color.)
