run "mkserv clean"
What's wrong:
It prints out:

/site/server has been used for the server specific files
Do not modify these files as they can be replaced at any time.
The contents of /site/bin/athena and /site/etc/athena are no
longer being used and may be removed. In addition, items placed
in /site/usr by pre-6.4 versions of mkserv may also be removed.

Also, /etc/motd still says "Athena Server", and /etc/inetd.conf
still has everything "unswitched".
What should have happened:
Since it just destroyed /site/server, it shouldn't print that
message, and it should set /etc/motd and /etc/inetd.conf back to
something more normal.
