When `q' is hit in mh-rmail folder summary mode, the displayed buffer
is switched to be the one visible when mh-rmail was invoked, and C-x b
gives a default of the summary buffer again. It should probably bury
the summary buffer and the `show-...' buffer (and any other MH-related
buffers relevant to that folder, I guess), and let whatever is next in
the buffer list come to the foreground.
