The terminal type for "toehold" in /etc/ttys is not affected by the
real terminal type attached. It currently always reads ibmapa16 on
RTs and something vt100-like on VAXes. It should be generated at
install update time to depend on the hardware (as the X server
invocation is):
RT megapel,plx ibmega
RT monochrome <line should automatically be deleted
in favor of getty>
RT aed ibmaed (but who cares)
MIPS dumb
VAX PLX dumb
VAX Q?SS vt100 (?)
VAX (none) <line should automatically be deleted
in favor of getty>
I think this has always been wrong; it is broken in 7.0F.
