sys_errlist[] does not match

EVDBAD == ESTALE, so sys_errlist[EVDBAD] is not a useful message.

sys_errlist[72] is "Generic RVD Error", but there is no defined error
number 72.

The best solution is to change EVDBAD to be 72.
