Xaw Text widget
SYNOPSIS:
^L (used to redraw the text widget) doesn't always do the right
thing.
DESCRIPTION:
^L should, at the very least, always make the current insertion
point visible in the text widget. However, it doesn't do this if
the text widget is very small.
REPEAT BY:
Create a one line text widget, with auto fill disabled and word
wrap enabled. Type several lines of text, so that your cursor is
several lines past the end of the widget, and don't hit RETURN, so
that the widget doesn't scroll.
Now hit ^L. Notice how you have to hit it two or three times to
get the insertion point to actually be visible.
SAMPLE FIX:
Unknown.
