When I attach a filesystem from alefnull, I get tickets for "rvdsrv.alefnull".
If alefnull checks for "rvdsrv.AlefNull" in /etc/srvtab, it is wrong. As long
as the kerberos library forces host names to lower case when used as
instances, programs that use kerberos must do the same.
