What were you trying to do?
Continue to use the changes.70 notesfile after the error
described in my previous bug report.
What's wrong:
After that error occurred, notes didn't clean up after itself
-- it left the lock file /usr/spool/notes/.locks/nchanges.70
sitting around. As a result, no further modifications to the
notes file could take place.
What should have happened:
When it realized there was a problem, it should have cleaned
up after itself, removing the lock file.
