What's wrong:
The name of the page is misrepresented.
What should have happened:
The socket(2) man page says:
this manner. The protocol number to use is particular to
the communication domain in which communication is to take
place; see protocols(3N).
^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I think this should be referring to
getprotoent(3).
