It says
The name @ARTICLE is not defined in document type MITThesis
when trying to scribe the file. See oscribe[6543].
There is no bug here. In the future, when someone reports a problem
in OLC, please try to actually duplicate the bug before reporting it
to bugs. At the very least, try to provide the information in the
sendbug template (that's why you should use sendbug), and if the user
has not provided all the information, try to figure it out for
yourself.
The problem is that the user was trying to scribe the bibliography
file, rather than including it by using @Use(Bibliography "...").
