Get the manpage for dvi2ps
What's wrong:
It's only installed in the SIPB locker, not in the standard manpath
What should have happened:
man dvi2ps should return the manpage corresponding to the current version
of dvi2ps running on athena.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
The sipb manpage is actually well-written with useful information about
the \special command. It would be nice if this were also available to
people without sipb in their path, especially as latex becomes more supported.
