The X11R4 server for the PVAX (sm) display has an incorrect idea of its
true screen size.
It claims (via xdpyinfo):
dimensions: 1024x864 pixels (4334x3657 millimeters)
resolution: 6x6 dots per inch
which means the display is 4 meters wide; I wish mine were, but...
I suspect the millimeters are off by 10.
This is a problem for applications (such as Ultrix dxpsview) which try
to make their windows an exact measurement (e.g. 8 1/2" x 11") size.
