I agree that "initquotas" is an obsolete data file and should just be
removed from the packs.
Other comments:
shutdown_notify does not replace zshutdown_notify.
/etc/shells is used by passwd.real.
Do you want /etc/ftpd on the servers, since your proposed inetd.conf
does not accept ftp connections?
Where did you see these? These are not installed by "mkserv"
/usr/.rvdinfo Should not be on the local disk, or even sym-linked.
/usr/2020 A sym-link chain leading nowhere.
