The AFS servers use a "different" implementation of Kerberos, which,
among other things, doesn't use authenticators (a different,
challenge-based scheme is used to avoid the need for a replay cache)
and doesn't check the source IP address (since Ted Anderson thought
the check was bogus).
Did Henry explicitly give you a copy of his ticket file? If so, he's
already given the farm away, at least for the lifetime of the tickets.
