This status should change from:
6.4 kcl not working on RTs known and unsolvable
to
6.4 kcl not working on RTs SOLVED
/mit/kcl/rtbin/lisp (invoked by typing /mit/kcl/kcl after attaching
the "kcl" locker) now works on normal 6.4 RTs and the dialup RTs. In
fact it should work on any recent RT kernel. In other words I also
fixed the problem with kcl only working against the kernel running on
the machine it was compiled on.
