rt 6.4R scribe.sit: bad scribe5 version

I called Scribe Access today find found out the reason Scribe
Version 5 fails to run on the RT in Release 6.4R (see my previous bug
report).
The version of Scribe 5 we are running for the RT is "5(1501)-5".
However, the version number in the scribe.sit file is "5(1501)" --
note the missing "-5" at the end.
For the next release, the RT scribe.sit file should have the -5
added to the end of the version number, and Scribe 5 will work on the
RT. I have verified that this fix works.
