Since this is a problem with the packs, I suspect it should be fixed
by the release engineering team, hence, I'm forwarding it to you and
putting it in changes.

Error found while reading site file:
Scribe, version 5(1501)-5, could not find a site file.

Well, we'll fix it if you tell us what's wrong. Only one thing appears
to be wrong with the RT /usr/lib/scribe.sit file (the database is
pointing to database.vax in the scribe5 locker, but even pointing it to
database.rt doesn't seem to make any difference). Someone should
contact Scribe to see what the message means (I guess that puts it back
in the hands of QA). [As a sidenote, the password line is the same as
those for the other scribes and if we had not replace that, it would
have expired by now and we'd still have a problem... one of those in
which you are screwed either way].
