"mkserv stand" doesn't put /bin/athena/hostinfo on the local disk.
I'd like it to. Maybe we should have "stand" for what you really need
local on a standalone server, and something else ("plus" ?) for the
other things that would be nice to have, but aren't really necessary,
like /usr/ucb/wc.
