It looks like attach doesn't quite work correctly with RVDs. I tried
to explicitly attach an RVD. Attach wouldn't let me give a null
password (for an exclusive spinup). Since null passwords are possible
for exclusive spinups, I consider this a bug. Also, it kept prompting
if I gave the wrong password, rather than just giving an error and
exiting.
I'm not sure these bugs/features are worth fixing, since RVD is used
so little...
