rvd.c in the kernel wants to include des.h and krb.h. The ones in
/usr/include on paris want to include mit-copyright.h and des_conf.h,
but they are not available:
/usr/include/krb.h: 19: Can't find include file mit-copyright.h
/usr/include/des.h: 19: Can't find include file mit-copyright.h
/usr/include/des.h: 21: Can't find include file des_conf.h
