new ispell(1) man page

Jon Monsarrat asked me to write a new ispell man page; I have done
so.
The new man page, which has been proofread by at least one person
(although that doesn't mean you shouldn't read over it again :-), can
be found in /mit/jik/man/man1/ispell.1. If you attach my home
directory and type "man -M /mit/jik/man ispell" you should see it.
Please notify me when the file has been copied to somewhere more
permanent so that I can delete it.
Please note that this is *not* just a few minor changes to the old
man page; I have pretty much completely rewritten it.
