Marc Horowitz discovered a bug in the zephyr server. It
applied access control lists in a case-dependent fashion.
I've fixed this in the zephyr development sources, with server version
3.19.
Other things changed in that version relative to the currently-running
3.16:
improved syslogging of some error conditions
bug fix for non-hesiod case
I'd like to get these picked up for the paris sources, and installed on
the running servers, although I think it would be best to wait until
tomorrow, since the system load will be reduced after the end of term.
