the special token, !!-, should be the previous
command line less the positionally last argument.
it isn't.
what happens:
athena% cat foo
...contents of foo print here...
athena% !!- bar
cat foo- bar
foo-: No such file or directory
what should have happened:
athena% cat foo
...contents of foo print here...
athena% !!- bar
cat bar
...contents of bar print here...
