The Telecomm staff is intending to make MIT.EDU the central mailhub at
some point in the future, from what I understand. (The name "Athena"
would stay on as a CNAME to that machine for at least a long time.)
In light of this change, I suggest we think about changing the name of
this list. (Of course, "bugs" would have to be kept as an alias for a
while.) My reasoning: "bugs@athena" is perfectly reasonable; however,
it is not at all clear that "bugs@mit" has anything to do with Athena.
Seems sort of ambiguous and a bit presumptuous to be using
non-Athena-specific names like "bugs" and "staff" in the MIT.EDU
mailer's namespace.
Perhaps we should change the name to "athena-bugs" or "bug-athena" or
something? Opinions?
