Once upon a time, when someone reported a bug in part of the moira
system, whoever was handling the buglist would forward those bug
reports to bug-moira. At some point that quit happening, and it just
occured to me that I know there are several bug reports that have gone
by that I saw in the discuss meeting, thought "that's an easy patch,
I'll do it before the next release", but then forgot about it because
it never ended up in my mailbox.
Was this an intentional change in procedures, or has someone dropped
the ball? Is there a real index of bug reports, or do I have to deal
with discuss to try to find the ones I should fix this week?
