I saw your bug report. I had the same problem when I started to use the
new release. I was told that I had to define all the geometries in my
.Xresources file to avoid the problem. Here is what I use:
xmh*Geometry: 510x780-0+0
xmh*TocGeometry: 510x780+0+0
xmh*CompGeometry:510x780+0+0
xmh*PickGeometry:+50+50
xmh*ViewGeometry:+50+50
It got rid of the problem for me.
Note that the xmh word wrap does not put in a carriage return so if someone
reads it with another program, it will look funny. For removals, using the
mouse to mark the region and then using ^w does work.
