I normally work on my VS2 (RAR.MIT.EDU). At times I also telnet over
to a departmental VS2 (W91-230-1.MIT.EDU). When I login on W91-230-1
I toss up a window back on RAR to do my work. I also startup zwgc
(having set fallback=true on both workstations). When Zephyr messages
come in (notification of new mail, etc), I get two copies of these
messages. I can understand that as one message should come to each of
my "instances". However, when I logout of W91-230-1 (simply typing
"logout"), I continue to get two copies of the zephyrgrams. If I kill
zwgc on W91-230-1 before logging out, I don't. Is there something I
can put in a .logout file (or whatever) that would close down my
second occurance so I would only get one notice?
BTW, W91-230-1 is setup to use AFS for its system disks if that matters.
