(RTPC) Version 6.3B: rlogin

System type, version:	(RTPC) Version 6.3B
System name: pit-manager
What's wrong:

The man page for rlogin in the kerberos locker, and the usage
message for rlogin, both claim that there is a "-a" option to rlogin.
The man page in the locker claims that this option "forces the remote
machine to ask for a password by sending a null local username." As
far as I can tell, it does not. If I specify the -a option to both
the rlogin in the release and the rlogin in the kerberos locker when
using rlogin from pit-manager to charon, it logs me in anyway.

Is this a bug, or am I reading the man page wrong?
