What's wrong:
If I use a mixed-case or uppercase name for Palladium printers, hesiod
can find them, but the Palladium server barfs:
[{1}lycus:/afs/athena.mit.edu/user/j/jtkohl/profession/duit]
% pdpr -PCALvin /etc/motd
pdpr: That printer is not registered with this server
[{1}lycus:/afs/athena.mit.edu/user/j/jtkohl/profession/duit]
% pdpr -Pcalvin /etc/motd
[{1}lycus:/afs/athena.mit.edu/user/j/jtkohl/profession/duit]
%
What should have happened:
Printer names should be case-desensitized.
