I logged on twice tonight and both times my workstation crashed.
This has never happened before, but now it happened twice in one hour.
I wasn't doing anything weird.
Can Athena be trusted?

Subject: Your OLC question about panics

could you please send us a list of which machines experienced these
problems and any detail about the problems. I will forward the response
to Operations and they will take a look at the machines.
Unfortunately, certain specific machines seem plagued with this while
others are trouble free. I have not had problems of late, but earlier
this term movies was crashing frequently. This type of behavior is
highly non-deterministic in most cases.
But, please forward us the information so we can exmaine those
troublesome machine.
