I propose that the release include:
/dev/lp c 45 3
/dev/tty00 c 45 2
if
/dev/qvscreen.vs2000 (c 45 1)
is no longer useful, it should be removed because trying to make
/dev/lp and run a printer off it causes lpd to hang with "Operation
would block" errors to /usr/adm/messages.
