What's wrong:
tarmail displays the tar file it creates, then spits out the standard
/usr/prototype_user/README.mail
What should have happened:
1) it's a c-shell script, so it should start with #!/bin/csh -f
2) it is using the alias for 'mail' rather than the command...this is
fixed if it uses csh -f to start itself.
NOTE: untarmail is probably similarly hosed.
