Shouldn't the console line read:
console "/etc/athena/toehold ttyv0" ansi on secure #toehold
instead of:
console "/etc/athena/toehold ttyv0" vt100 on secure #toehold
Things seem to work better with it set to "ansi" (Mark Eichin added
the support about a year ago).
Was this change to /etc/ttys backed-out or overlooked? I don't
remember... If it was backed-out, why? (Emacs at least runs
correctly if the term-type is set to ansi).
