A brief synopsis of the problem:
The link in /usr/lib is for alias.pag instead of aliases.pag.

Please describe the problem in detail (mention any necessary files or
commands that may be involved, on which machine the bug happened, and what
the program did that was wrong):
When trying to create a private aliases file on a private workstation,
when I invoked "newaliases", I got:
cannot make /usr/lib/aliases.pag: Bad file number
I found that the link in /usr/lib (pointing to /site/isr/lib) is for
alias.pag instead of aliases.pag. This should be fixed, at least in
the next realease.
