From a technical standpoint there is no concept in the Post
Office of putting a message back, HOWEVER, the "retrieve" and "delete"
operations are distinct. Therefore the algorithm should be: 1) Read a
message. 2) Write the message to users locker. 3) Verify that message
was written successfully. 4) Delete the message off the Post Office.
