I think the message returned by "mail" should probably be re-written,
although Kevin would be the best judge of it. Right now, it says:

Athena does not support the traditional ``mail'' command.
Please refer to the documentation ``Essential Messages'',
available in hardcopy in Building 11, or on line. To use
the on line version, type
attach athenadoc
more /mit/athenadoc/README
and follow the instructions given there.

If documentation is still going to be sold, it should say where to buy
it (11-00? and W20-00?). If the on-line help system is going to be
used this fall, this message should probably tell people about it...
(But I'd check with Kevin before making any changes)
