missing documentation

all the troff docs in paris:/u2/third_party/ditroff/docs/*man
are uninstalled.  /usr/doc/usd/nn.xxx would seem the place
they belong.  the makefile in ../ditroff/docs indicates a 
/usr/doc/ditroff DESTDIR - that, too, would be sufficient.

i see no reason to not give out the documentation.
