As nearly as I can tell, the users's personal bindir is never added to
the path. Is this the intended behaviour?
I followed my way from the new .cshrc in my locker to $initdir/cshrc
and never is ~/${hosttype}bin added to the path under "normal"
circumstances.
I suppose a workaround would be for me to add this in my .path but I
think this should be added by default without my intervention.
