The welcome file that is placed into temporary and new directories is really
draft (it even says that it needs more revision!). It mentions how to
get a consultant by phone but not via OLC. It tells users to do 'man ls'
to list their files - not very friendly (for a demo of man a friendlier
description of an application could be found).
In general this thing needs more work..
