Palladium printer uses enscript & not pscat

I sent a man page to Calvin and discovered that page numbers did not
line up properly. After printing the same file on nil did I discover the
problem: the configuration of the palladium printer is using enscript &
not pscat.
This causes a noticible difference as 1) The font looks smaller and 2)
enscript has a different idea as to the number of line/page than pscat.
To reproduce, print /usr/man/cat1/ any file on nil/calvin.
