What were you trying to do?
man psnup (without tokens)
What's wrong:
man pages for psutils (including psnup) in /usr/athena/man are
symlinks into /afs/athena.mit.edu/astaff/project/psutils, which
is acl'd system:anyuser l (no r), so are not readable without
AFS tokens. It's impossible to view these man pages when logged
in as a user without tokens.
What should have happened:
