On Solaris Athena, the GNOME control center keyboard applet
(gnome-keyboard-properties) is broken. Under 'Layouts', one cannot add
layouts without removing U.S. English first, and changing layouts e.g. to
Dvorak has no effect. Is the reason for this known?
(On Linux Athena, changing layouts does have effect, and more than one
layout can be in the list on the left.)
